Luka Bunić made new series of paintings infused with the vibrant essence of Gran Canaria. These artworks are created with unique blend of islandsoil, palm leaves, wind and sun. The artist interacted with the environment using the wind to add the movement, sand and ocean water to achieve texture, creating a unique surface qualities. Inspired by the raw energy of the landscape, Bunic expressed his emotions through process of painting, harmonising visual elements with his artistic knowledge.He combines his art with the awareness of his environment and thus reflects his reunification with nature.
